My name is Jose Sánchez and this culinary adventure began in 2009, and has visited kitchens inside and outside the island with great chefs who were inspirational and a fundamental part of my development, such as the love of the culture of service, Serving!! !, what a powerful and human word at the same time, When did I know that I would dedicate my life to Culinary Art?
I knew it from the first table he called me, and when a dish arrives at the table and they take photos of it, I couldn’t explain that feeling to you, but I could help it.
